Founded by the skaters for the skaters in June 2012, Flood Water Roller Derby is dedicated to the sport of roller derby and the sense of accomplishment and joy such pursuits create.

Flood Water is a body that owns, operate and governs itself according to its unchangeable Skater’s Bill of Rights. The Flood values athleticism, teamwork, accountability and generosity in its members and above all the power of a woman on roller skates.

We are the skaters and we are for the skaters.

Skate or Volunteer in the Surrounding Sacramento Area

The Flood is always looking for: skaters, fans, photographers, videographers, general volunteers, refs, officials, sponsors, volunteer work and fundraising opportunities.

We now practice indoors with running water, flushing toilets, heat and air conditioning at the Placer County Fairgrounds in Roseville.

We practice in Roseville and Rocklin and have skaters that commute from Auburn,  Citrus Heights and the greater Sacramento area. Please contact us if you are interested in flowing like water.
